We currently ship vinyl records to the United Kingdom, some European countries, the United States, Canada, and Australia. All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked services to ensure reliable delivery and full parcel visibility from dispatch to arrival.


⏱️ Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. Every record is packed securely in strong, purpose‑built mailing boxes designed to protect vinyl during international transit. Pre-orders will be shipped on the published release date.

Transit times vary by destination and local postal services, but tracking information will be provided as soon as your order leaves our facility.


💰 Duties & Taxes

We aim to send international parcels Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) wherever possible. This means we strive to ensure all duties, taxes, and import fees are covered upfront, so your order arrives without unexpected charges at the door. This service is currently available for orders dispatched to

❗ Missing or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue quickly.
